Hello Guys
I have got one more exciting news for those who are interested in investing in Zirakpur area, specially from HP ( shimla belt ) who very often visit delhi for their work or use chandigarh airport for travelling. Punjab Govt has approved PR7 (200 feet wide road) connecting newly built Kalka highway to chandigarh airport which will be an bypass to zirakpur. This road will not only avoid the rush of zirakpur but also saves on time and distance. This PR7 road will benefit Capital City, a 1170 acre project, by Shipra which is the only planned development of this area and will be proud to have an international level Golf range.

Hi
Todays HT had a good news for all those travelling from different parts of Punjab ( specially via kharar) to chandigarh Airport. Last part of road ( approx 3kms) which was pending in between phase 7 & 8 of Industrial area & Chandigarh-kharar road via sector 74 is now clear, so the connecting road will be through in next 6-7 months making it much easier for commuters from Punjab reach Chandigarh International Airport easily without entering busy roads of chandigarh and Mohali.
Also the main artery ( 200 feet Road ) from PCA to Landran-Banur road is also almost ready making most of the projects by national level builders in that area ( IREO, Pearl, Unitech, Emaar MGF, TDI etc ) more viable / suitable for the end users and investors interested in getting a better lifestyle and appreciation from their investments in dream homes.
Things are moving right guys on the path of better connectivity better infrastructure.
