" SUBVENTION " is the key word for developers

Subvention or NO Interest NO EMI is the new key words Developers / Builders are banging on to make new sales happen. Its a win win situation for both customers who are looking to buy their dream homes and builder / developer as well.
Almost all the national level developers are finding it hard to make sure clients visit their property and buy the one being offered by them but are failing to do so.
as per brokers Major reasons for low client visits at site are ....rising cost of living, Failure by the builders in giving on time possession, increased rate of interest by the banks, scorching heat etc.
Client, who is in the market, has by now understood that Property rates are not going to come down due to increasing cost of raw material , labour etc. Though there are not much but still for the very few ones, developers are offering NO Interest, NO EMI offer till possession to convince customers that its the right time and perfect reason to invest / buy, now. For example Emaar is offering it on its commercial = Central Plaza, others like Unitech, Wave Estate, Ansal, TDI etc all are offering the same scheme on their Flats.
